You may already have your flights and need someone to organise your arrival. You may be spending several weeks in Kenya and need accommodation and transport. Or you may want a safari with the travel around it carefully coordinated.
Tell us what is already arranged and where you would like help. We can work on individual components without asking you to book a safari. When several services need to fit together, we consider their connections: the airport on your ticket, the location of your accommodation, the luggage you are carrying and the time available between movements.

Make the connections work
An airport transfer and airport assistance solve different needs. A flight arriving in Nairobi may require a road transfer before the next departure. An early check-in request may require an additional room night rather than an informal assurance.
We help you identify these details before you commit. For a safari, that means considering the wider route; for a standalone service, it means defining the pickup, meeting point, room arrangement or other specific outcome you need. Services can be requested together, with their individual inclusions made clear.
What you receive before confirming
Your proposal sets out the requested service, dates, relevant locations, what is included, the quoted charge and any conditions that affect the arrangement. The level of detail depends on the service: a transfer needs a pickup plan, while a room reservation needs a property, room category, occupancy and meal basis.
Availability is checked against your request. An enquiry is not a reservation, and a quotation does not by itself hold a vehicle, room, guide or airline seat. Our booking information explains the steps from proposal to confirmation.

Can I request a service without booking a safari?
Yes. Airport transfers, accommodation assistance, guiding and the other services on this page can be requested independently. Tell us which part of your travel you need help with.
Can you work around arrangements I have already booked?
Yes. Share the relevant dates, locations and flight details, and identify which bookings are already confirmed. We will consider how the requested service connects with them.
Can I combine several services in one enquiry?
Yes. For example, you can request an arrival transfer, Nairobi accommodation and a private guide together. The proposal will identify the individual arrangements and their inclusions.
Are services available for families and business travellers?
Both can enquire. Include children’s ages where room, seating or assistance needs are relevant, or outline the schedule and transport requirements of a business stay.
Does sending an enquiry reserve anything?
No. Availability, price and the required booking steps must be confirmed. You will receive confirmation of the arrangements that have actually been secured.
What if I am unsure which service I need?
Describe the part of your journey you want help with. For example, tell us whether you need transport away from the airport, help within the airport, or both.
