For travel to Kenya
Kenya uses an electronic travel authorisation, or eTA, system for travellers who require it. Our Kenya entry requirements guide covers the informational questions, including eligibility and the need to recheck current requirements.
You can apply directly through the official Kenya eTA portal. Purchasing our assistance is optional; it does not give an application preferential status. An approved eTA permits travel but does not determine the final decision on entry.
The scope and cost are agreed first
Before you proceed, we clarify the help requested, the information needed and any assistance fee. A commercial assistance fee is separate from a government application charge; your quotation will distinguish the amounts that apply.

Do I have to use an assistance service to apply for Kenya’s eTA?
No. You can use the official government portal directly. Our service is optional help with preparation and practical application information.
Can you guarantee approval or entry?
No. The relevant authority decides the application, and entry is determined by the authorities at the border. Assistance does not change those decisions.
Do you provide an express approval service?
We do not promise approval within a set time or preferential processing. Any official processing options must be checked with the issuing authority; their availability does not create a guaranteed outcome.
Can you help if I am not travelling to Kenya?
Tell us the destination, nationality, residence where relevant and travel purpose. We will confirm whether we can provide appropriate preparation support and identify the official process before accepting the work.
Does your fee include the government application charge?
The quotation distinguishes any assistance fee from official charges and states what is included. Do not assume that paying for assistance also pays a government fee.
Should I upload my passport when I first contact you?
No. The initial enquiry needs an outline of your circumstances and the assistance required, not a passport scan.
What if I have already applied or received a refusal?
Explain the application stage without sending sensitive documents in the initial enquiry. We can assess whether practical guidance is appropriate, but cannot reverse a decision or promise that a further application will succeed.
