A clear meeting point and someone helping you through an unfamiliar airport can make a demanding travel day easier. Tell us about your arrival, departure or connection, and we will check the assistance available for your airport, flight and party.
Help at the points where you need it
Meet & Assist can be useful when you are travelling with children, accompanying an older relative, coordinating a group or finding your way through an unfamiliar airport. The aim is to define the help you need and the point at which it begins and ends.
Compare road transfers, Meet & Assist and airline mobility assistance.
We can arrange arrival and departure coordination, terminal guidance, help with passenger movement through the relevant airport process, and connection or terminal assistance where required. Baggage or porter support can be requested where available. The confirmed service identifies the meeting point and the assistance included.

Arrival assistance
Share your incoming flight and what you would find helpful after landing. Meeting locations depend on the airport’s rules and the provider’s permitted access. A meeting inside a restricted area is not assumed.
Departure assistance
You may want help locating the correct check-in area, coordinating baggage or moving between the agreed airport stages. Airline check-in deadlines and security procedures still apply.
Connection assistance
Provide both flights and explain whether you are changing terminals or airports. We check the service scope against the movement required. A road transfer between JKIA and Wilson Airport is a separate arrangement, and airport assistance cannot make an otherwise unworkable connection reliable.
Know exactly what is included
Before confirming, ask where the representative will meet you, which parts of the airport they can access and where their assistance finishes. The proposal should also identify any included porter help and whether ground transport is part of the arrangement.
Where available, we can also coordinate authorised fast-track assistance to make arrival, departure or connection handling smoother. This is subject to the relevant airport’s rules and service availability, and must be confirmed for your specific flight, date and service. Meet & Assist does not bypass immigration, customs or security, confer diplomatic privileges or guarantee that you will avoid queues.
Families, older travellers and access needs
Tell us about the pace and practical support your party needs. A group with several children and bags may need a different arrangement from one traveller who wants help finding a connecting service.
If you need wheelchair or other formal mobility assistance, request it through the airline as well and tell us what has been confirmed. Meet & Assist does not replace airline special assistance, medical care or a personal carer. We can consider the handover between the services without assuming that one includes the other.
Connect the airport service with the next stage
From the terminal through to your arranged vehicle, we coordinate the handover so you know where to go and who is meeting you. For a Nairobi arrival, you can request airport assistance and a private transfer together. The quotation keeps their scopes clear, including the meeting point and where the airport assistance ends.
If you are staying in the city, our Nairobi guide can help you place that arrival within the rest of the visit. For a connection, share the onward arrangements before the service is booked.
Request assistance for your flight
Send the airport, date, flight details, number of travellers and whether the service is for an arrival, departure or connection. Explain the practical help you would value, including any fast-track request.

Frequently asked questions
Is Meet & Assist the same as an airport transfer?
No. Meet & Assist concerns the agreed help at the airport; an airport transfer is the road journey to or from it. They can be requested together, with both services identified in the quotation.
Will someone meet me at the aircraft?
Not necessarily. The meeting point depends on permitted access and the service available for your flight. It is confirmed before booking rather than assumed to be at the aircraft door.
Can I request fast-track assistance?
Yes. We can coordinate authorised fast-track assistance where available, subject to airport rules and confirmation for your flight, date and service. Required immigration, customs and security checks still apply; priority or a queue-free journey is not guaranteed.
Can you help an older traveller or a family arriving alone?
Describe the assistance needed, including luggage and mobility considerations. We will check an appropriate scope. Airline mobility support or a personal carer, where needed, must be arranged separately.
Is baggage or porter help included?
Only if stated in the confirmed scope. Ask us to include the amount of luggage and the assistance required when checking availability and the charge.
Can the service be arranged for a connection or a late arrival?
Both can be requested. Supply the relevant flight details so we can confirm the available assistance for that time and airport. Assistance does not guarantee that a tight onward connection will work.
Can I request airport assistance if my flights were booked elsewhere?
Yes. Share the relevant itinerary and assistance requirements. Buying a safari or flight through Magical Exploits is not a condition of making the request.
