Nairobi, safari regions and the coast
Nairobi and airport-area stays
For an arrival, departure or business visit, we consider the airport, meeting location or onward departure point you need to reach. The useful location depends on your actual schedule; a property described as convenient for one airport may not suit a departure from another.
Safari accommodation
Camp or lodge location affects access, transfers and the experiences practical from that base. If you already have a safari plan, tell us where it takes you so the proposed accommodation fits the route. A room reservation should not be assumed to include park access, game drives or airstrip transfers unless stated.
Diani and the Kenya coast
For a coast stay, share your preference for beachfront access, privacy, family space, meal arrangements and proximity to activities. We can check options in Diani and other requested coast locations without assuming every property offers the same setting or facilities.
Room details matter as much as the property
Tell us how your party needs to sleep: double or twin rooms, separate rooms, a family unit, or an interconnecting arrangement. Include children’s ages at the time of the stay, since occupancy and child rules differ between properties.
For a longer stay, explain the space and facilities you need day to day. For a couple or honeymoon, describe the room setting and privacy that matter to you. If step-free access, a particular bed arrangement or another feature is essential, ask for that feature to be checked rather than relying on a general accommodation label.
Know what the proposed rate includes
Your dated quotation identifies the actual proposed property, room category, occupancy, meal basis, rate and availability position. It should also make any quoted transfers or additional services clear.
Breakfast, half board and full board cover different meal arrangements; drinks, special dining and activities may be separate. Check the stated inclusions rather than assuming that a safari or beachfront setting means everything is included.
A room or property shown as an example is not held by viewing the page or making an enquiry. If an alternative is needed, we discuss its location and experience standard with you; a similar star rating alone is not enough.
Plan arrival and departure around the room
An early arrival flight does not automatically provide immediate room access, and a late departure does not automatically extend check-out. Tell us your travel times so we can check early check-in, late check-out, a day room or an additional night where appropriate and available.
If you also need transport, request an airport transfer with the reservation. We can coordinate the proposed stay and pickup without assuming the transfer is included in the room rate.
Request accommodation for your dates
Send the destination, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, adults and children, preferred standard and the location or meal priorities that matter most. If your dates are flexible, say so.

Yes. You can request a single stay, business accommodation or pre- and post-safari nights without booking a safari package.
Will the quotation name the property and room?
Yes. The dated quotation identifies the actual proposed property, room category, occupancy and meal arrangement, together with the rate and availability position. The confirmed booking documents record what has been secured.
Can you request family rooms or interconnecting rooms?
Yes. Tell us the number of adults, children’s ages and preferred sleeping arrangement. Availability and the property’s occupancy rules need to be checked; adjoining rooms are not automatically interconnecting.
Are meals, transfers and safari activities included?
Only where stated. A room reservation does not automatically include airport transfers, park fees, game drives, drinks or other activities.
Can you help with early check-in after an overnight flight?
Yes. Share your arrival time. We can check the available options, which may include a day room or an additional night. Early room access is not assumed or guaranteed.
Can I ask for a specific property?
Yes. We can check your preferred property and suitable alternatives. A request is not an inventory guarantee, and availability may change before confirmation.
Can you help with an accessible room or a longer stay?
Describe the essential room features, access needs and stay length. We will check the proposed accommodation against those requirements rather than rely on a general accessibility or long-stay label.
