Flight arrangements that fit the whole journey
The right flight is more than a departure time and a fare. It also needs to work with the airport you are arriving at, your onward transfer, your accommodation and the amount of luggage you are carrying.
Prepare luggage for a safari flight after an international arrival.
We provide flight search and itinerary assistance, reservations and ticketing for standalone travel as well as wider Kenya journeys. You can enquire about one sector or a sequence of flights, including travel that starts or finishes outside Kenya.
Domestic, safari, regional and international travel
Domestic Kenya and safari flights
We help you consider the airport or airstrip that serves the actual destination and how you will reach your accommodation after landing. For safari travel, the flight schedule, camp location and ground handover need to work together.
Regional and international journeys
Tell us your origin, destination, preferred dates and any flexibility. We can assist with flight options, cabin preferences where applicable and connections across a longer journey.
Safari and coast connections
If you are combining wildlife regions with the coast, we assess the routing actually available for your dates. A service may involve intermediate stops or a connection; a direct flight is not assumed simply because two destinations appear next to each other in an itinerary.
Check the connections before choosing the fare
We look at the airports used, check-in requirements, any road transfer between flights and the time needed for arrival formalities. Share your existing bookings so we can identify where the new flight must fit.
Ask whether the sectors are on one ticket or separate tickets, how baggage is handled and what happens if an earlier flight is delayed. Connection protection depends on the actual ticket and carrier arrangements. An attractive fare is less useful if it creates a difficult airport change or leaves too little time to reach the next departure.

Baggage deserves an early check
A long-haul baggage allowance does not automatically carry through to a safari aircraft. Smaller aircraft may have different weight, bag-shape and storage limits, including restrictions on hard-sided cases.
Tell us about camera equipment, pushchairs, mobility aids, sporting items or other bulky luggage before choosing the flights. We will check the relevant carrier’s rules and any available extra-baggage arrangements. Additional carriage may cost extra and depends on acceptance; it should not be left to an assumption at check-in.
Scheduled flights carry other passengers. Booking a private safari vehicle on the ground does not make the aircraft private.
From a flight option to an issued ticket
A proposed flight and fare are a starting point, not a guaranteed seat or price hold. We explain the available option and its applicable booking or ticketing deadline before you proceed.
Review passenger names, dates, airports, baggage and fare conditions carefully. Once ticketing is completed, the issued ticket and confirmation identify the booked arrangements. Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the fare and carrier conditions; a reservation reference alone should not be taken as evidence that every sector has been ticketed.

Frequently asked questions
Can you arrange flights without a safari booking?
Yes. We provide flight planning, reservations and ticketing as a standalone service as well as part of a Kenya journey.
Can you help with international and regional flights?
Yes. Send your origin, destination, dates, traveller count and cabin preference where relevant. We will check options for the itinerary you need.
Are safari flights private?
Scheduled safari flights are shared aircraft. A private vehicle or guide on the ground does not change that. Any request for a private aircraft would need a separate assessment and quotation.
Can I take the same luggage on every flight?
Not necessarily. Each ticketed carrier’s allowance applies, and safari aircraft may have different limits from an international flight. Tell us about large or specialist items before booking.
Will the fare stay the same while I decide?
A fare is not assumed to be held. If a reservation has a ticketing deadline or a confirmed hold, we will identify its conditions; otherwise availability and price can change.
Can you add flights to a trip booked elsewhere?
Yes. Share the relevant confirmed itinerary so we can consider timings, airports and handovers. Separate bookings may have different conditions and connection protection.
What happens if the airline changes the schedule?
We can help review the effect on the booked journey and the alternatives available under the airline and ticket conditions. A change may also require adjustments to transfers or accommodation; those are assessed separately.
