Request a transfer from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, usually called JKIA, to your Nairobi accommodation, or from your accommodation to the airport. We can also help with Wilson Airport pickups, safari departure meeting points and road connections between the two airports.

Give us the precise pickup and drop-off locations. “Nairobi airport” is not enough to identify the right service, and the airport used by your international flight may differ from the one used by a safari flight.
A pickup linked to your flight
Your arrival pickup is planned around your confirmed flight, rather than a universal daily collection time. We take account of the time needed to leave the aircraft, complete arrival formalities and collect baggage. Your confirmed arrangements identify the meeting point and the contact to use if you cannot find it.
For departures, the collection plan considers your accommodation address, the airline’s reporting requirements and road conditions. We provide an approximate planning window; traffic and airport procedures can affect the time taken.
JKIA to Wilson: plan the whole connection
JKIA and Wilson are separate airports. Moving between them requires a road transfer, alongside the arrival and check-in procedures for the respective flights.
Send both flight details before relying on a same-day connection. We consider arrival formalities, baggage collection, road travel and the onward flight’s check-in deadline. If the proposed gap is too tight, the sensible adjustment may be a later flight or a Nairobi stay. A private transfer cannot guarantee that a short connection will work.

The right vehicle for people and bags
A vehicle needs space for your luggage as well as your seats. Tell us about large suitcases, soft safari bags, pushchairs, camera equipment and mobility aids so the arrangement can be assessed properly.
For families, request child seats in advance and include the child’s age and relevant sizing information. Seat type and availability must be confirmed. For groups arriving on different flights, tell us whether everyone should travel together or whether separate pickups would be more practical.
Final vehicle and service arrangements are confirmed according to party size, luggage, route and timing. The quoted private transfer is for your party; it does not imply a particular vehicle make or company-owned fleet.
Late arrivals, delays and changes
Early or late pickups can be requested against your flight schedule. Their availability and any timing-related charges are confirmed in the quotation.
If your airline changes the flight number, date or arrival time, pass on the update as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the arranged transport provider to review the pickup. A substantial delay or a change to a different day may require a revised arrangement. Waiting provisions and any additional costs should be clear before you confirm.
What your transfer quotation should make clear
The proposal identifies the route, number of travellers, vehicle arrangement, luggage assumptions and pickup basis. It also states what is included in the charge, including the treatment of parking, waiting time and any requested stops.
Airport Meet & Assist is a separate service unless expressly included. If you would like help within the airport as well as the road transfer, request both together.

Can I book only an airport transfer?
Yes. You do not need to book a safari. Send the airport, date, flight details where known, destination, traveller count and luggage information.
Can you help with a JKIA–Wilson connection?
Yes. We can coordinate the road transfer and review the proposed timing. Share both flights; immigration, baggage, traffic and check-in time all matter, so the connection itself cannot be guaranteed.
Will my vehicle be shared with other travellers?
A quoted private airport transfer is reserved for your party. The vehicle category and capacity are confirmed for the agreed route, passengers and bags.
Can you arrange a pickup late at night?
Late-night and early-morning pickups can be requested. Availability, meeting arrangements and any timing-related charges are confirmed before booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Use the contact supplied with your confirmed arrangements and share updated flight information. We will review the pickup with the provider. Waiting limits or a move to another day may affect the arrangement and charge.
Can I request a child seat or an accessible vehicle?
Yes. Describe the requirement in advance. We will check whether a suitable seat or vehicle arrangement is available; neither is assumed to be standard in every vehicle.
Does the driver meet me before immigration?
An ordinary arrival transfer uses the confirmed public meeting point after the required arrival procedures. Assistance elsewhere in the airport needs a separately confirmed meet-and-assist scope.
