Plan a first safari with room to enjoy it.
Start with your available time and preferred pace. The useful comparison is not simply how many parks a journey visits, but how much time remains to experience each place.
Count complete experience days
Look at the day-by-day itinerary alongside the number of nights. Arrival, departure and inter-region movements use time. Mara in Focus, for example, has two full Mara days between its road journeys.
Compare the whole travel day
A scheduled flight can avoid a long road sector but still needs an airport or airstrip transfer, check-in and waiting. Private ground arrangements do not make the aircraft private.
Share the practical details early
Tell us about the travelling party, children’s ages at travel, room needs and the level of activity you prefer. If flights are already booked, share the arrival and departure details so the route can be assessed around them.
Read what is included
Use each package’s accommodation, meals, transport, inclusions and exclusions sections together. Tips and guide-driver gratuities are excluded; optional activities require their own selection or quotation.
